Medical results delivery system for a polyclinic in Burkina Faso

CONTEXT

Secure backend API developed to integrate with the clinic's existing WinDev application. The API receives encrypted medical results, stores them in AWS S3, manages metadata in PostgreSQL, generates secure short links, and sends SMS notifications via Twilio.

IMPACT

Complete automation of the medical results notification process, reducing dependency on manual patient follow-up. The system processes approximately 900 result notifications per month with an SMS delivery rate above 95%, significantly improving communication speed between the clinic and patients.
